Red Madrona Gardens is a small garden design company serving the Seattle area. I established it in 2003 to help people create beautiful, easy-care gardens that offer year-round structure and interest. I do consultations, landscape designs, maintenance, and containers.
About Me
I love to envision a beautiful space and then turn that vision into reality. I design based on a client’s needs and lifestyle whether it’s full-scale yard remodeling or simple bed renovation. I prefer the result to be practical and uniquely my client’s personality. I take function, color, year-round structure and disease-resistance into serious consideration as I plan a garden. When clients prefer to do installations themselves, I serve as a design consultant.
I also offer maintenance services: pruning, weeding, and general clean up. One of the joys of life is coming home to a garden that’s tidy and healthy. Sometimes we want to just enjoy our outdoor space rather than feel the pressure of maintaining it. I’m happy to help with that.
